The central technique of The Happiness Program, Sudarshan Kriya, is a simple yet powerful breathing technique that effortlessly draws you into a deep state of meditation.

Understanding the nature of the mind gives you a greater perspective on life. This enables you to not get bothered by issues that used to create frustration, impatience, worry and more.

Learn easy yoga poses you can incorporate into your day for greater health, focus, and relaxation. Unique guided meditations that give you a glimpse of the beauty within.

The goal of the 3-day Art of Happiness Program is to give you the skills, support and training to continue using these powerful breathing techniques once you get home. Research shows your cortisol levels can reduce by over 50% on the first day you practice, and will continue to improve if you keep practicing. We'll teach you a simple, effective home breathing practice you can do each day to release stress and start every day afresh: feeling clear, confident and happy.

There are now over 13 Happiness Program instructors around the Kenya, most of whom volunteer their time to lead these programs. So you can join a course in over 6 locations, and quite possibly, right in your neighborhood.

Art of Living centers around the world offer weekly meetups for those who have completed the Art of Living Happiness Program or YES-Plus Retreat. These sessions are facilitated by an Art of Living teacher and are offered as part of the journey membership. Meetups are a place for you to refresh your experience with the breathing techniques, reinforce your home practice, and be in community with fellow practitioners.
